Midnight Cafe is a continuation of Mr. Pash's Midnight, the solo project of songwriter Oliver Pash (currently a member of the Skinshape live band). White Flowers is the first in a run of releases where Oliver has invited guest vocalists to perform his songs. It's a space where 20th century pop culture is able to coexist alongside sacred images; reaching back into the dim and distant past. A sound and style that he has come to call 'Gothic Jazz'. |
